SOCO Two

SOCO Two is the second phase of this South Coquitlam development by Anthem Properties. It represents an energetic and youthful brand at its heart, attracting those who value an urban lifestyle, proximity to the hub of transportation, and Japanese inspired ’smart’ design. Starting with the logo update to phase two, we worked to apply the new design to their collateral, presentation centre, and web, including a fun vibrant yellow palette and a new tagline Life, Connected. To visually show Life, Connected we applied an animated yellow circle to embrace the connection between yourself, others and the location of SOCO Two. We loved seeing the identity come to life.
