Little Cinny

If you’ve ever stopped by Skookumchuck Bakery after hiking to the rapids and picked up one of their famous cinnamon buns, you know they’re hard to forget. Until now, getting another one meant making the trip back. Thanks to their new retail offering, you can now find Little Cinny cinnamon buns at a local grocery store on the Sunshine Coast and bring them home anytime.

The Little Cinny logo captures the warmth and indulgence of the brand through flowing cursive lettering inspired by the drippy icing layered over each bun. The swirling background texture nods both to the signature spiral of a cinnamon bun and the powerful rapids located near the bakery’s iconic setting. Warm cinnamon-inspired tones were chosen to reflect the rich, comforting flavours the bakery is known for.

From there, we extended the identity into the packaging design, using natural kraft boxes that mirror the rustic beauty of the café nestled in the woods. The result is a brand experience that feels just as authentic and inviting as the bakery itself.
