Led by hospitality consultant Heidi Murphy, Firestarter Consulting helps hospitality businesses strengthen operations, elevate guest experiences, and build systems that actually work. For this project, we partnered with Heidi to create a complete visual and digital foundation for her business that reflects her professionalism and the bold, energetic nature of the Firestarter name. The branding process focused on developing an identity that feels clean, confident, and memorable, balancing warmth and approachability with a strong sense of expertise. We crafted a visual direction that feels modern and impactful while staying rooted in the hospitality industry’s people-first nature.

From there, we extended the brand into a fully custom website designed to clearly communicate their services, experience, and approach. The site was built to feel polished, intuitive, and trustworthy, giving potential clients a strong first impression and a clear understanding of how Firestarter Consulting can support their business.
