Westward
Set against the stunning coastal backdrop of the Sunshine Coast, Westward is a masterplanned community defined by thoughtful living. For the first phase of this new development, we created a complete brand identity from the ground up. Starting with the name and logo, we expanded Westward’s brand story and narrative to include the tagline Oceanview Living, then carried the brand vision through all touch points for the first phase.
We art directed the visual tone from the outset, guiding everything from renderings to the sourcing and curation of photography and drone videography to capture the natural beauty of the project. With the foundation in place, we designed a full suite of marketing materials including a custom brochure with fine finishings, clean and clear floor plans, and a thoughtfully styled feature sheet to support the sales team.
We developed striking signage throughout, including bold site signs to draw interest from passersby and wayfinding for the real estate office and sales centre. Inside, the sales centre itself was designed as a tactile brand experience featuring a swatch wall, white oak shadow box frames with custom prints to guide visitors through the space, and curated marketing materials to bring the development’s interiors to life.
From there, we built a custom website to anchor the project’s digital presence, and supported the launch with refined digital ad creative to match. This is just the beginning — stay tuned for more to come as Westward continues to grow.
