The Oaks
We were brought on by Strand for the second phase of their West Coquitlam community The Oaks, tasked with evolving the brand to introduce the next chapter,The Holly. Building on the original identity, we expanded the visual language and campaign messaging to feel fresh while remaining cohesive, using large-scale imagery, bold headlines, and a warm, approachable tone. This new direction was carried across all touchpoints, including digital ads, print materials, signage, and site hoarding—successfully bridging The Oaks into its next phase while continuing to connect with a growing community of homeowners.
