With our partners at Strand, a Vancouver-based finance, development and investment company, we had the opportunity to help create ‘The Victoria’, a purpose-built rental community development which sits under the main brand of Strand. The team and Charm & Gusto was tasked with building a new identity within the current brand guidelines. We knew we wanted to expand on the circle logo used by Strand and our team was able to come up with a bold typographical solution also using the close location to East Vancouver’s Trout Lake as a key lead for marketing material and the initial marketing campaign.
