This new 20-residence development in Sechelt, BC is perched on a stunning waterfront piece of land, just outside of town. With sunset views over the Trail Islands, it’s like a piece of the West Vancouver life, but at Sunshine Coast prices. With this in mind, we developed an identity for The Strand that focused on selling the sunshine coast lifestyle, it’s placement in the community, and highlighted the affordable price to appeal to those weekend visitors from Vancouver who are looking for a new community to call home.

This project has just started to sell as the sun sets on summer 2019, and we expect things for our partners at RTC.
