We still love this product story! Speirs had a small but growing business selling ready-made salads in supermarkets in the deli section. The product was great, but they lacked any kind of unique packaging or identity and were relying solely on white stickers printed in-house at grocery delis to sell their products. They struggled to standout on shelf. With one eye on their farm-fresh roots, we pulled together a bright and colourful palette and borrowed from handdrawn farm signs to create a unique identity that really stood out. From there we created product packaging that showed the food sitting in a bowl with a nice die cut to bring it all home, and into people’s shopping baskets. This one was done working with a partner agency.
