Spani Developments has been building the Sunshine Coast for over 40 years, and has successfully weathered all of the blue skies and grey in the local real estate market since the 1980s. With a projected downtown in the market on the horizon, we needed to help position this company to once again adapt to new changes and find the right sweet spot for their future in the industry. Starting with a robust marketing and brand strategy, we helped them refocus their efforts where it will pay off for them in the years to come, and started to roll out new social media content, a starting ad campaign and we’re busy preparing a website refresh and advertising campaign for Fall 2019.
