This small business had big plans for the future, but the brand was old and outdated. Originally called the Green Rosette Bake Shop, it had no meaning or life for the new owners. Renaming it Skookumchuk Bakery gave a call to its location, and when we paired the bakery implements with the kayak paddles, we arrived at a new identity that smartly played to the water sports and kayaking that take place here throughout the year. With a totally unique look under their wing now, the new bakery is off and running with their now-famous cinnamon buns sometimes selling out before lunchtime—an impressive feat for a remote location!
