• Client Primrose Development / Category Branding, Identity, Design, Art Direction

Pretty petals in the park! This development, situated in Queen Elizabeth Park Vancouver, took its name from the primrose flowers that fill the flower beds in spring. Working with a partner agency and our friends at Rennie Marketing, we created a lovely three-blossom lock-up in the shape of a crown for the logo, then used a repeating floral icon that reflected this name and recalled the iconic white and blue pottery floral patterns from China to appeal to a predominantly Chinese buying audience that the client needed to target. Using a French fold technique so the brochure unfurls like petals on a blossom, we that featured a lovely floral pattern on the insides of its soft-touch pages to lend a high-value sensibility to this new development. For the presentation centre, we simply let the blossoms blow and flow throughout the rooms. Just lovely! Primrose Development is now fully sold out.
