1555 West is a taste of the luxurious life on Vancouver’s West Side. Each floor of the building is occupied entirely by one suite, so it’s considered to be a collection of penthouse suites from top to bottom. What’s also unique about the project is the fact that the shape of the block matches the shape of the building. Working with our friends at Rennie Marketing and a partner agency, we borrowed this for the marketing materials, and, using a Japanese fold technique, created a brochure that folded out to the exact same footprint with a business card cut-out to match. Together with a beautiful foil and sophisticated colour palette, the 1555 West Development is nearly sold out now.
